The Gender Gap

Much has been made of the differences between men and women since women entered the workplace in the last 25 years or so - and the author suggests that there is validity in the assertion that men and women really are different in their psychology and social conditioning.

The author bounces along some of the stereotypes (men as aggressive and accomplishment-driven, women as passive and relationship-driven) and gives some general advice, but nothing of particular value.

EN: There's no clear link to etiquette here, but common advice is to consider rank rather than gender when deference is in question.
