Survivor's Guide

The author suggests some of the "likely impacts" to the employee of an organization that is adopting SS.

Mostly, it's cheerleading - suggesting that though there may seem to be short-term drawbacks (more tasks and responsibilities), you'll be better off in the long run, so buck up, little camper.

EN: My sense is that this is similar to the way most things are implemented - it's going to happen, resistance is only going to make it more painful - so play along.

The author also suggests that there are several benefits to the employee - experience, exposure, excitement, and enlightenment. This, too, seems like goose grease.
