Performance Indicators
This appendix provides a lot of bulleted lists: specific and observable qualities and behaviors that indicate successful performance.
For example: Loyalty is demonstrated by:
- Bearing faith and allegiance to the constitution, the army, and the organization - in that order.
- Observing the priorities set by their superiors
- Working within the system without manipulating it for personal gain
There are about ten pages of such lists, which would be impossible to summarize in these notes except by retyping them verbatim.
