Example Application

As a means of demonstration the information that goes into the design and planning process, the author presents an example of the kinds of information that is gathered in the design process for a mobile application. In this instance, it's a service that is used by people while they are travelling (not just booking reservations), with a goal of being their "mobile travel companion."
